Meet the Trainer.

Bobby's passion is to inspire others to live a healthy, active lifestyle. His dedication to educating and helping clients discover the benefits of exercise and the significant differences it can make in their daily life.

Bobby has dealt with many obstacles clients face every day - entering the intimidating gym without a plan, lacking someone holding him accountable, and encouraging him. Bobby knows that struggling with his healthy habits in his life led him to become a certified personal trainer.

While studying for his certifications, he was able to work with his trainer as an intern. During this internship, Bobby sharpened his skills by building programs that impact the whole body rather than other approaches. Bobby focused on gaining certifications in areas meaningful to all age groups: Sports Performance, Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness & Mobility.

He believes it is his responsibility to design a training program to engage you, understand your goals and keep your body guessing during all training phases. He believes that building strong bodies and minds to be powerful will unleash you from the "I can't" attitude to "I CAN!"

  • Bogey.

    I’m Bogey. I’m in charge of welcoming you at the gate most days, greeting you with barking, and jumping for joy that you are here! I am friendly and like to lick all my friends. I’ll make sure you walk to the gym safely.

  • Bear.

    I’m Bear, but my friends call me Mr. Bear Wiggle Bottoms or Wiggie. Now that I am a little bigger, I got promoted to Gym Cat! I am in charge of hunting the crickets and providing entertainment while you work out. I’ll stay out of your way, lounge around, or lay on the plates most of the time.

Individual & Small Group.

Suppose you are craving fitness changes for yourself, planned workouts ready to go as soon as you arrive, be challenged physically and mentally to accomplish your goals, but find the “big gyms” and gym setting intimidating. Rebel Ranch Custom Fitness is where you belong.

A small group allows you to train with an accountability partner, keeping each other motivated and committed to the goals you have locked in together. Small group training is designed for you plus up to 3 others, each coached with your specialized strength, stability program, and goals.

Size & Strength.

Making muscles grow requires a slightly different approach than it does to making muscles stronger. The exercise volume and completeness of muscle fiber breakdown are directly related to results. The idea is to have the intended muscle work until total exhaustion.

The most effective way to add strength is making the “base” of the exercise consist of more significant movements - lie compound exercises - squatting, deadlifts, and bench press are all great because they activate many muscle fibers in a single shot. Total body exertion encourages more significant hormone release and trains muscles to be more responsive and fire faster.

Strength & Stability.


Functional fitness trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by stimulating joint movements. There are a few movements of function fitness before you can move freely in your everyday life without the worry of injury; you must nail the basics. These include strength, balance/coordination, power, range of motion, and mobility.

Zeroing in on these aspects of training will have numerous benefits that support everyday life. Movements such as squats, walking, jumping, lunging, twisting, turning, standing, and more are easier when functional fitness strength is improved.

Individual programs ensure success by strengthening your specific weakness and tailoring exercises to your goals. Functional fitness will optimize your performance inside and out of the gym. Functional fitness is rooted in all of us. Our bodies are designed to have all our muscles work together and support each other to accomplish specific movements and tasks.

Specialty Training: Ages10+.

We don’t just run a “fun camp” for youth athletes; we want them to experience the full context of skill development by focusing on critical areas for sports training enhancement: conditioning, mobility, agility, balance, and building confidence headed into the sports season.

If your student-athlete is having fun but not being challenged past their comfort level, the training they are receiving isn’t going to increase their level of competition.

  • Schedule a consultation before you sign up to be sure this is the right fit for you. During this visit you tour the facility, get to know one another and determine what goals you are setting and would like to achieve.

    Did we mention the consultation is FREE.

  • Determine how many days of the week, times you are available and lock in your workouts.

    Did we mention there is a Nutritionist on site too! You can add on nutrition consulting to your workouts.

  • The first few sessions will be analyzing ability, imbalances and working on stabilization. Stick with it and the program will grow with you, challenge you and give you the results you have been wanting!

    Measurements will be taken approximately every 6 weeks after the initial intake.
